Additional Appointments to the Ontario Court of Justice

Along with the appointment of Philip Downes, Aston Hall, and Heather McArthur to the Ontario Court of Justice, which I blogged about on Monday, today I learned that there were two additional appointments to the OCJ bench.

Justice Jacqueline Loignon will be presiding in Ottawa and Justice Joseph Gilbert Raoul Maille will be presiding in Haileybury.  Justice Maille’s position is a designated bilingual position.

The news release from the Ministry of the Attorney General, which includes biographical information on all five appointments, can be found here.
